10 Thread Embroidery specialises in custom-made, machine-embroidered sacramental stoles for Baptism, Confirmation and Rites of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA).  We make stoles for parishes and RCIA candidates, aw well as for students being baptised or confirmed.

Our stoles are individually made from durable, easy wash, white suiting fabric which requires minimal ironing.  Sacramental Stoles are 150cm (60inches) long and 10cm (4 inches) wide.  We tailor the length to suit individual needs. We are committed to a professional finish, so the embroidery on our stoles is concealed meaning there are no stitches or trims showing at the back of the stole.

Parishes and Schools

We supply blank stoles for schools and parishes, for students to personally decorate as part of their retreat and/or sacramental preparation.  We also make stole sets for schools and parishes to reuse.

Individuals

We invite parents/carers and/or the candidate, to choose the style and symbol(s) that will make the stole a unique reflection of the sacrament experience.  If you have a specific symbol you would like on your stole, we can digitize it for you.  For these options contact 10 Thread Embroidery directly.

Online Ordering.

Each 10 Thread Embroidery stole is hand made and takes 2-3 hours to complete. The stole making process starts with cutting the fabric and marking the embroidery placement lines before embroidering the details you request. After the embroidery is completed the stole is sewn together, pressed, photographed and packaged.

Bespoke stoles may take up to five hours each to make depending on the details to be embroidered and whether designs need to be digitized.

So that we can guarantee that all stole orders are completed, we do not accept orders for stole embroidery one week before the Mass date.
